We are currently looking to hire new people to join our team here at the imperial. Reopening later in 2020 we are keen to find driven individuals who are dedicated to expand their roles in the hospitality industry.
Due to COVID-19 all events & match days have been suspended for the foreseeable future however all staff members will be expected to commit to dates once they are released to work with our events team. This can be discussed in future once dates are confirmed by the government.
Salaries will be dependant on experience in the individual role you apply for & your success within the role. This will be discussed in the further stages of hiring.
DISCLAIMER : Starting dates will be around November 22nd - Dec 2nd & please note there are COVID-19 measures in place for your safety.

General Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED

Previous experience in a fast paced high volume venue a must

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the face of the business & example for the staff so a high standard needs to be lead by you across all departments of the company

stock control wet & dry
-
Responsible for arranging staffing rotas, wages, stock checks, booking security, overseeing the booking system, & working closely w/ the owners to meet annul targets.
Senior Bartender
SKILLS REQUIRED
-
Previous bar experience is required + some knowledge of cocktail making is preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBITIES

Keep on top of stock & sales with frequent cellar checks & updated ordering lists

Lead other bar staff throughout service by example and setting a high standard to be followed

Ensure bar is clean at all times following an opening + closing check list

Work w/ the marketing team to create deals & offers for the business

Support the general manager with ad-hoc tasks & updating the booking system

Cocktail Bartender
SKILLS REQUIRED

A cocktail expert who has previously worked in a fast paced high volume environment

Creative & willing to add new recipes to our menus

ROLES & RESPONSIBITIES

Create unique cocktails as well as the classics

Lead other bar staff throughout service by example and setting a high standard to be followed

Be willing to train other members of staff & support them during service

Work w/ the marketing team to create deals & offers for the business

Communicate with general manager w/ sourcing & ordering ingredients for cocktails

SKILLS REQUIRED

Chef & Commis Chef
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Previous experience working in a professional pub/ bar/ restaurant kitchen is required

knowledge of making British classics, burgers & Sunday roasts is preferred

Our menu will be heavily involve grilling so some previous experience is key

A creative individual who will bring new exiting flavours to our menus

Great communication skills between the kitchen + floor staff

Although events are currently cancelled any previous experience in catering for large numbers is extremely useful

Level 2 or 3 basic food hygiene required
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating new & exiting dishes regularly for seasonal specials

Keeping a VERY clean & hygienic kitchen especially pre + post shift Dailey

Ordering & prepping all ingredients for the kitchen
-
Working w/ other members of the kitchen to ensure all dishes are same to taste
